Children and teenagers aged 12 to 14 and 15 to 18 were invited to create posters to illustrate the idea of non-discrimination throughout the European Union. The prohibition of all forms of discrimination, including discrimination based on gender, race, skin color, mother tongue, political belief or nationality, is a principle respected by all Member States of the European Union and found in national and European legislation. It is also included in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. Zavod PIP was responsible for coordinating and executing the competition in the Republic of Slovenia with the support and cooperation from the European Commission representatives in Slovenia.
