Providing advisory service to consumers at the national and regional levels

Through implementing this public service, we have provided assistance to consumers in exercising their rights and economic interests, while promoting awareness of their rights. The service included explaining regulations and procedures for enforcing consumer rights, assistance in resolving specific cases, intervening with companies on behalf of the consumers, referring matters to authorities, and informing consumers of the status, procedure and deadline for answering their questions. The counseling was conducted via a free telephone number, by email, in person at Zavod PIP offices and by classic mail.

Results: 

  • a total of 38613 counsels given;
    • 31783 counsels by telephone;
    • 5324 counsels by e-mail;
    • 671 counsels in person;
    • 475 counsels by mail
